Blueprint Athletics Consulting was founded by Armani, a former standout at Ohio State University, who has dedicated his life to football. After his playing days, Armani transitioned into the professional side of the sport, serving as Director of Player Development at Maryland, and later working as a Marketing Specialist for Nike Football. He currently holds the role of General Manager at NXGN camps, one of the premier football camp platforms in the country. With years of hands-on experience across all levels of the game, Armani launched Blueprint Athletics to provide structure, insight, and expert support to camps of all kinds helping them run more efficiently, grow their impact, and stay focused on athlete development. Our approach is professional, honest, and always athlete-first. Armani brings real talk, real experience, and real results—with a focus on building long-term relationships and trust.

We manage all staffing and operations, ensuring your camp runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes hiring and training staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring all aspects of the camp are executed to the highest standards.
Recruiting education and exposure strategy
We provide education and strategies for recruiting and exposure, helping athletes get noticed by scouts and recruiters. This includes understanding the recruiting process, developing a personal brand, and leveraging social media and other platforms for maximum exposure.
